The role

We are seeking a self-motivated sustainability storyteller who can transform technical content into compelling narratives that inspire real change. As a key member of our communications team you’ll collaborate with our technical experts and creative partner to craft content that help our clients cut through the noise and elevate their sustainability impact. Your exceptional ability to distill technical concepts into compelling, accessible content will bridge the gap between innovative solutions and the audiences who need to hear about them. What you'll create

Powerful Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives across formats – from in-depth sustainability reports to concise guidance materials and interactive training toolkits.

Accessible Content: Transform technical information into clear, engaging content to suit a range of audiences with various levels of understanding on climate action, human rights, circular economy and beyond.

Authentic Brand Voice: Help sustainability leaders articulate their vision and values through distinctive messaging and channels that resonate with their audiences.

Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients, partners and colleagues to manage projects, showcase our communications offering and develop storytelling opportunities that drive meaningful change.

Who you are

Experienced Communicator: 5+ years crafting professional content across a range of industries and clients, with a portfolio showcasing sustainability work (agency or consulting experience preferred).

Strategic & Creative Storyteller: Able to develop creative concepts and craft powerful headlines and copy that inspire engagement and action.

Technical Translator: Skilled at working alongside experts to transform complex technical content into compelling, evidence-based narratives.

Detail-oriented Wordsmith: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the versatility to adapt tone and language across brands, audiences and formats.

Project Juggler: Proven self-starter with excellent time management skills able to manage multiple project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and stakeholder relationships.

Purpose-Driven: Deep commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.

Qualified: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field. Sustainability qualifications highly regarded.
